Cigarette smoke in the twin room so the kids couldn’t sleep there

The property was amazing so clean and spacious! It was so cosy! Honestly we were so pleasantly surprised at how amazing it was! We could jot of been happier

Nothing we could not fault it

Good location, next to train station. Had a shop across the road and a cash point. Property was very spacious, decoration was lovely. Has a smart tv which is great if you have Netflix, YouTube or Prime video.

I didn’t anticipate how exhausting the stairs would be on this top floor apartment. Door to the property was very hit and miss (dodgy lock/door) was told when we got the keys the couches had been dry cleaned a few days before and were slightly damp. However they were more than damp we couldn’t sit on them as we got wet patches on us after a few minutes which was frustrating as we’d travelled 5 hrs and couldn’t sit in the living room. Everywhere had bright bulbs except the living room which is so dim you can’t see anything at night - which was again very frustrating for us as we brought a few games with us to play with the kids in the evenings, so we ended up playing in the bedrooms. The boiler makes a loud noise for periods of time at night which is next to one of the bedrooms. When taking out some of the cups or cutlery they were dirty in places. We stayed for 4 days and was only given 1 bin bag so we ended up having to buy more ourselves. Wasn’t given enough toilet roll considering there was 4 of us staying it was also very cheap so didn’t last two minutes, again we had to buy some ourselves. There was no welcome pack or instructions on how to use certain things or how to dispose of the rubbish so we just winged it in the end.

The flat is a really good size and clean and tidy. The location is good with good parking (free) with a train station nearby. Good facilities in the flat, cooker is fan assisted and a good size fridge freezer. 10 mins walk from the centre and from the Esplanade.

Dim light in the living room but that's nothing major. The door to the flat was a bit awkward to close but again, nothing major.

It was a nicely decorated and big apartment. Plenty parking outside

The heating didn't work properly and the shower went hot and cold which almost scolded my 1 year old and 3 year old. The apartment wasn't very clean and we found hair pins on floor, very dusty, stains on pillow covers. Be wary that it's up on top floors, lots of stairs and no lift. Also we were told to expect workmen so we would need to let them in so made us check out earlier than planned as that's not our responsibility.
