Very cozy, felt safe, affordable drinks

They charged us around 90 usd difference from what we reserved by Booking and we didn't get physical receipts to check why that happened(they refunded it after a fey days). Also, found somebodie's hair on the sheets, nipple sticker and a can in the pouch by the bed

Location was great, very close to the Moda center, bed was nice and soft. Staff was great, esp with the dude that helped me book in and even recommended me some great places for restaurants

There was no tv, was feeling bored

At the moment of my check in, I told my check-in time and I arrived at my expected arrival time. However, they didn't show up, the door was locked, it was night and I had wait 20 min outside of the hostel and still no one shows up. I called them but no one took it. Okay, so, I decided to book alternative accomodation and called uber. Then, at the very last second, when uber driver shows up, finally the front desk man came back from somewhere. But, I already booked the other accomodation and uber driver has arrived, I wanted to cancel this accomodation. Well, he said he can cancel the booking. I was thankful at the moment, but hey, I haven't got any refund so far. That's an awful experience.

The overall aesthetic and vibe was very charming. The lobby is really nice to hang out in or take a break from things. At 3 PM, there's a nice bar that opens for business. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Honestly, nothing. It's not a super upscale place, but neither is it a rundown stay.
