This place is a cat fish, absolutely horrible. It looks like the projects. I think it is the projects. If i wasn’t with my boyfriend i wouldn’t have stayed. Looks unsafe and ghetto. It looks nothing like the picture. It was located in a terrible area, a night club well after on the corner. Traffic from 9pm until 4am with people everywhere and loud music. The walls are very thin i heard every foot step from the neighbors above us. And could hear them having s3x loud as hell bed squeaking for an hour.. i have never in my life experienced something like this.. DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS THE GHETTO.

The place was nice and clean. Access was easy and communication was good. Spacious apartment.

However, the quality of the beds and mattresses was really low. One bed was partially broken. The surroundings were very noisy on Friday and Saturday.

It was reasonably priced and comfortable.

It was marketed as having a balcony and there was no balcony. There was a ground level patio made of concrete with what I guess was supposed to be a garden but it was nothing but weeds and trash. The only seating out there was a crappy office chair. I have a photo I can send you if you like! I expected a table and a couple chairs, and I know that a café set that like that can be purchased quite inexpensively. I really didn't use the balcony because it was so crappy! I also had problems when I tried to book another night. It was relatively late when I decided that I wanted to do that, I was able to send a request to booking.com. However, the reply I received said I needed to contact the Avery. The customer service rep who helped me get into the unit when I was given incorrect directions about how to use the lockbox, told me there was a vacancy but I would have to book it through booking.com. By the time I tried to do that, the unit had already been booked. talk about a communications breakdown!

It was quiet

The pictures was not what we came to, there was only one bath , the gate didnt work when we arrived and the apartment smelled of smoke

This place is super convenient for downtown fun! It was easy to get around and my car and I felt safe! Can not recommend enough!

Very close to many of the downtown attractions! Managers quickly fixed any issues that came up while we were at the apartment. Good price for staying so close to downtown. Code locks on the gates, buildings, and apartments.

As others have said there is a good deal of noise at night from the neighborhood, but It didn’t keep me awake. The bedrooms could use dressers. If staying longer than a day or 2 the only place to put cloths is in the closet. Could use better mattresses. Walking to/from downtown during the day is fine, but I wouldn’t walk late at night.
