The location, how dirty it was, the mold in the coffee maker

It was gated.

The place is run down. Furniture is worn out. The place is dark. Everything outside was dirty. I had bed bug vibes when I walked in. Placed smelled like cigarette smoke. Pictures were probably from 5 years ago. Had to wait longer to check in because the people from the night before made such a mess it took a lot longer than they said it should. They also broke one of the couches. The rating on this place was higher than it should have been on Booking.com. I couldn't talk myself into staying and left to find somewhere else. The host was good and only asked for suggestions. I didn't realize the stay was unrefundable because I looked at so many places. They said they would refund the days if they could rent it out. That didn't happen so far.

the apartment was infested with flies (blow flies) in every room; the apartment was filled with dust all around the ceiling in,the each room; the bed was broken and need to be repaired before sleeping, the tv remote did not work nor load; the floor had soft broken spot that was breaking through; the bathroom leaked after the storm in the hall and all night the roof of the bathroom and the hall leak to the point of breaking the sheetrock and the door from the water damage from theroof and bathroom door. This apartment need a MAJOR overhaul! Please have the manager contact me concerning the issues.

I like I was able to get in safely due to safety precautions. I like that it was very close to the train station.

I didn't like the neighborhood setting. I didn't like there was a close call of being near gunshots and arguing from other individuals and I have children under the age of 5 with me. I didn't like you had to go through and remember a series of codes just to get into your actual door. I didn't like for the TV that the guests has to implement there username and password to get into YouTube, Disney+ or Netflix when it should be unlock by the owner automatically. I also think next time if you're going to offer dishwashing pads you should also add in washer and dryer sheets and or washing detergent.

The bedding and towels weren’t clean and the floors weren’t either we had to order cleaning supplies to clean

I liked that the furniture was minimal.

It was nasty outside. All the way inside. I went to the store to get cleaning supplies just so we could shower.
