Unit was very nice looking on the inside and had all the things one would need for a long stay or even just to live in.

Door to the building unfortunately broke at one point locking me out for some time. The shower in the unit could not drain faster than what the shower head put out

Literally nothing. I was so happy to get out of there.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AT ITS BEST. DO NOT STAY HERE!! I would take a motel 6 over this place any day of the week. The gate code needs to be entered on a pad not accessible from your car. So hopefully you have a passenger who is willing to risk getting out in that super scary neighborhood. The exterior of the building looks nothing like the photos. Trash cans lined up in the parking lot. No grass in sight and just in general filthy. As you walk to your room you will smell weed. Once you get to your room you will be greeted with an even worse smell. 🤢 The living room does not have the furniture in the pictures. Rather a love seat and tiny recliner that both look like they were picked up off the curb in that god awful neighborhood. (Probably where the smell was coming from) The porch was covered in leaves and there was a step stool as the only form of seating. NO FIREPLACE OR SEATING. The microwave in the kitchen does not work. Fair warning, you will deal with flies and roaches sneaking around. Bring your own bedding, you won’t be able to trust the ones they have laid out for you. You can hear every step the upstairs neighbors make and don’t bother getting any sleep on the weekends. The car traffic and bars next door will keep you up. Lastly, this is not the neighborhood you want to be walking around in. This is definitely not the place you want to be staying in if you are traveling with children. I honestly can’t believe booking.com would have this place on their website.

I really loved the washer and dryer.

I’m a non smoker and neighbor smoked. It made the apartment smell heavily of cigars and weed which made the stay uncomfortable.

I loved the location. Convenient to restaurants, stores and downtown.

The staff were friendly and it was very clean.

Dans le centre ville. Canapé, lit et fauteuil confortables. Grande télé avec beaucoup d’options. Cuisine équipée.

Point noir : le ménage. Très sale par endroit. Intérieur des placards. Des cheveux partout. Dessus du lave-linge crasseux. Les vitres des fenêtres pas nettoyées. La cafetière avec des traces de moisissures. Le sol était noir. Notre bébé d’un an était tout noir, ses chaussettes blanches sont devenues noires et ses autres vêtements aussi. Impossible de le laisser au sol. Une odeur de tabac masquée par des produits. The Avery a corrigé un peu mais c’était limite. Nous avions passé un super séjour de 3 semaines en 2024 dans un autre appartement, c’est pourquoi nous sommes revenus ici.
