Bronze Beach Villa

It’s very close to the beach! Literally 1 minute. It’s quiet, no noise from neighbours. The furniture, the appliances, kitchenware, big screen TV with the best sound system made it a better home away from my home. The regular bed linen change, daily cleaning and laundry was also the best part. The housekeeper was very friendly and accommodating to our schedule

The location and amenities were great Close to the beach and a lovely place The cleaning staff were lovely and very helpful.

The pillows need to be changed is my only complaint A few changes could be to include beach amenities for kids and perhaps nespresso pods for the machine

Das Appartement ist super. Es liegt in einem gesicherten Komplex mit Meerblick. Im unteren Bereich ist ein toller Wohn- und Küchenbereich und eine Gästetoilette. Oben sind drei Schlafzimmer. Es gibt zwei Bäder, wobei eines in dem Hauptschlafraum integriert ist. Neben einer Reinigungskraft die täglich kommt, gibt es einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort, der immer erreichbar ist. Wir hatten gleich am ersten Tag ein Problem mit dem Warmwasseraufbereiter, was sofort gelöst wurde. Es gibt im hinteren Gebäude den Zugang zum Pool in der 5. Etage. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist vollständig und neu. Sogar Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. An der Wohnung gibt es auch einen Garten. Ich kann diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist Umhlanga Beach, der unmittelbar vor der Wohnung liegt und sehr schön und sauber ist.

Nix. War alles super.

Reinigungspersonal Sandra war super, ebenso die schnelle Kommunikation zu dem Rental Management Team. Die geschützte Anlage, insb. Parkplatz in gesonderter Tiefgarage.

Sonnenschirm müsste gereinigt & repariert werden. Die Fugen in der Küche und Bädern, insb. um den Waschbecken müssten erneuert werden, da verschimmelt. Töpfe, Pfannen müssten ganzheitlich ersetzt werden, da die Beschichtung abblättert. Alle Inhalte der Schubläden & Schränke insb. in Wohn-Essbereich sollten geprüft werden. Die Liegen & Aufenthaltsbereich am Pool ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Probably the best property I have stayed in within SA and across provinces. Absolutely immaculate and luxurious.

There is no lift to / from the car park and the garage parking is a little tight

Beautiful villa, very light and breezy- it activates "holiday mode" right as you walk in. Awesome location, we took walks on the promenade every morning, we felt safe every time. Easy beach access and the villa is a short distance away from great restaurants. Friendly staff from security to the house keeper, Sandra, and the owner that communicated every part of the process. We appreciated the welcome snack station set up for us. Beds were clean and comfortable. The aircon made the hot weather bearable. Thank you hosts!

The geyser seemed too small for a group of 5, we ran out of hot water every time we showered around the same time. There wasn't enough adapter, guess we should've brought ours. There also wasn't a vertical full length mirror- this made dressing up hard. But all these are minor, the place is honestly worthwhile!

This are not something we didn't like but some areas which would even give great experience he braai facility need some lift up and importantly a need to put more tea items as complimentary more especially when there are group of people using the apartments.
