Eva is a great host and speaks perfect English. She has good recommendations in Hue to eat out. You can book any tour in the city through her or even arrange airport transfer. The property is very well located. I was upgraded upon check-in. My room spacious with a balcony, clean and comfortable. Excellent accommodation overall.

Eva and family are so lovely, felt comfortable and homely, nice spacious room, free water. Nothing was ever and issue. Good location close to everything! A lot of stairs depending on which floor your room is on, which was not a problem for us :) Thank you for a lovely stay!

Location. It's in the old quarter and walking distance from any attractions or places you would want to visit. Recommend downloading the app GRAB before coming (Uber equivalent) if you want to go anywhere further. Service. Girl at the front desk named Jenny was super helpful with everything. We arrived very late on our first night past midnight, she arranged our taxi to come pick us at the airport, sim card next day and even transportation to our next destination a couple of days later. Breakfeast. Very good breakfast. Recommend taking the soup, it's actually better than some Pho' restaurants we tried outside. You can get a good Pho' in the morning and try other foods for lunch and supper.

Shower. No fan. It can get very humid and slippery after shower (FYI: open shower next to toilet but thats typical asian facility so it was expected). This is probably why the cabinets started degrading but for what you pay its not a big deal. Room is a bit tight but workable.
