Location was perfect. 6 mins walk from the Perfume river and 4-5 mins walk from walking street yet silent at night. Eva was amazing since I arrived, she arranged for us everything we needed even a last minute private boat tour on the perfume river.

The best thing about this place is the host, her English is excellent and she takes the time to explain the area and places you might like to visit. The property is located down a laneway so is quiet at night. The bed is good and the bathroom fine, my room had big windows that opened which was a bonus. As with many places condensation can be an issue when the temperature is fluctuating a lot but Eva has a dehumidifier available to address that, no problem. I was happy with my stay and would happily recommend it to others.

Cheap price, but you get what you pay for.

Not the best communication, had to wait a while to check in with no one there. Loud at night due to noise outside and echos in the hotel. Room could’ve been cleaner, but only there for 1 night.

Great value for money. The breakfast is additional but is affordable and there are tasty options. Excellent location, close to lots of restaurants and walking distance to the river. We utilised the laundry service and it was done quickly and very well! The owner was friendly and helpful - I understand she had been away for Tet, so there was some confusion around our booking being double booked, but she quickly sorted it for us without any hassle.

The bed was a little bit firm for our preference.
