Eva was really nice

We were on a room on the 3rd floor without elevator. But the rest perfect

- Good location - close to main area and shops/restaurants - Comfy bed - Good shower - Desk and chair, as requested (some rooms only have a still for the desk and we needed a proper chair so we could work at the desk) - Fridge - Friendly owner

- The door - it’s the typical Vietnamese door which is frosted glass, meaning every single time the hallway light is turned on, it lit up our entire room. Unfortunately, the people staying in the room opposite were coming in and out in the early hours, so this repeatedly woke us up. Either change it to a solid door, or but some film/a blind over it so the light doesn’t come through. Same issue with the bathroom door

The property is very clean and it’s in a great location very close to where we got off our bus and where we needed to get our next bus. The family is lovely and very helpful !

Eva was very friendly: she welcomed us with a tea and adviced us how to vist Hue and where to go. The structure is very near to the walking street area and to a lot of restaurants. 10/10 I would reccomend it to anyone :)!

Nothing -everything was great-

Eva let us check in in early hours after our night bus arrived, very thankful for that! arranged transport for us und laundry was super good!:)

Great hotel, the owner was super helpful in everything we needed, and the room was very clean!

There were ants in the room but that’s pretty normal!
