"This was bad really bad nothing else to say"

We were happy with the location, the town the restaurants and the beach. Infact everything was fine.

The problem was the rooms . They were disgusting no heating no hot water nothing was clean

"what stay? paid money for nothing, found a place to sleep, horrific, don’t expect to be homeless"

so bad we tried to talk to neighbours

had to find some other place. can we get a refund? we paid for a service and got nothing. so so bad. where can we get our money back? or do we sue you?
