There was no heating, no hot water in the bathroom. The bathroom wasn’t finished, paint and masking tape still on the door and an un-fitted bath panel. There was no handrail on the stairs. The bed sheets were still stained. There was a tv that had no cables attached so you couldn’t watch it. There were extension leads plugged into extension leads but nothing worked, so obviously no power to the 1 socket. There were no bulbs in the side lamps, not that it mattered as there was no power. Spiders in the bed when we arrived. An old caravan on the front wasn’t very welcoming. No signs to say it was a guest house. The owner however was very welcoming and very pleasant.

I slept well because I'd got good ear plugs. The bedding was clean. The host friendly when he finally answered the door.

Generally shabby. Does it meet fire regulations????. Sheerness itself doesn't have a lot going for it anyway to kill time outside the accommodation. Not worth £50 a night.

Place was to noisy very loud it was very undated with no television bed was broken

Very not valve for money

Location was good and the staff was friendly. I didn’t stay for breakfast

It wasn’t clean for me. The carpet was not clean. I didn’t like the place.
