I need my money back I didn't get to the property as the house was booked already on the day and I didn't get to there hours I lost my money I need my money back

I did not like anythink about this property i go to pickup the keys with my mum and the owner give to us the keys and she did not asked me who is gonne stay in this house and i did not told to her as welll that my uncle with her wife is gonne stay there because ut was my first time i bokeed a hotel in uk and i did not know that i should tell to her after they stayed two nights in there and the owner go and saw wife of my unlce in there and she kicked her out she took her and kicked her out she had only pizhamas wearing she was so rude she was a racist i called her she hang up the phone i know this was a misunderstanding but she could talk to me i would explain to her the situation even when i go to pickup the key she left me waiting for 30 minutes outsides and she was saying to me u booked single room where in my booking it is double room she caused me a lot of issues because the lady that was staying there she did not know english and she kicked her out and she left her in the cold weather outside such a really mizor person

The only thing i like about the property has clean bathroom and hot water only.

I booked the room for our honeymoon. But it was horrible experience for us to chose them. Our room door was broken and they said the repair team is coming in just 2 hours. we managed it . We were tired and slept early. In morning we asked about repairing the door and they said it will repair today . We went outside and came back at evening. Door was still not repaired. We again complained them and they said “ the repairing person came and he forgot some tools, he will get back next morning 😂 We were not used to for living in london and it was our compulsion to stay there because we had alot of luggage and could not shift and spend time on new check in. So on third day. Door had to repair but when we again came back after visiting london, door was still there broken and we got shocked when we see someone came to our room and used our towel . Door was still not repaired and finally the owner said “ this door will not be repaired, we have to change the measurement and order new door. So in our 3 days, we used the room without the door. And there was no privacy. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay or chose them for your honeymoon, business or leisure stay.
