El Chirris Tzanjay

We had a very relaxing stay here. The owner is really lovely and she gave us lots of recommendations for things to do and where to find stuff like the supermarket. The room is a good size, the bed is comfortable and there is a well equipped kitchen to cook your own meals. It was a great place to relax after doing the volcano hike.

Even though there is a fan the room got quite hot - for some reason it was often warmer in the room than it was outside.

I really liked the kitchen, and how clean it was kept. They cleaned it everyday. The room was very comfortable and had lots of space and a tv so I could watch a movie :) I also liked the decor. The kitchen was a nice place to sit and work/ read.

The seating area between the kitchen and the rooms seemed a lot tidier in the photos and as a place to hang out but in reality they had lots of laundry there with sheets and bedding. Not a problem of course, but maybe change the photo of that particular space. On that note, there were two deck chairs to chill in and they were just lovely!

We had a lovely stay here! The room is spacious and de bed is comfortable. There is a garden, with is very nice. The common kitchen is well-equiped en the staff is amazingly friendly!

The room is huge and everything looks quite new. Kitchen is lovely and the whole place is nice and quiet (there's two rooms only, so you only share the common areas with another couple).

The bathroom was very small and the sink is outside, directly in the room.

Clean and well maintained. The rooms has clean good comfty towels, a fan for the heat, hot water, and the kitchen is well equipped to cook dinner. As dinner options in San Juan are limited.

The curtains are to transparent, needs darker drapes for privacy and sunlight

Location was close to center . Room had some artsy details . Laundry service

Noisy neighborhood and not great shower

The bed was comfortable and the room lockable – safety was good.

The bathroom is too tiny, no extractor vent and it's a shower-toilet all in one.
