Very large room.

Shower could be cleaner.

Located in quiet part of San Juan in residential area. Comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen including air fryer. Power outlet next to each bed which was nice.

Bathroom was dirty, small and uncomfortable. There was also no hot water at night or in the morning.

Location was good as it was central but not noisy. The shower was hot! Beds were comfy and pillows were good. Nice quiet garden space.

For some reason there was only enough shelves and lockers for 4 beds, but there were 5 in the room. There was only one toilet and shower (in the same room) per room, which was annoying if you wanted to use the toilet when someone was showering. Also, the shower made the floor wet in the toilet which was pretty unpleasant to walk in. Also, the water was quite temperamental but I think this is the case in the whole of San Juan.

The location was away from the main tourist section.

They did not have running water to the room sinks, showers, or toilets at night. There were no staff on site at night if any problems came up. We were more or less just on our own out I'm a residential neighborhood.

Relatively quiet apart from the neighbors' dogs. Comfy bed.

Very clean, spacious room, basic shower and toilet but plenty of hot water. Access to very well laid shared kitchen with plenty of cooking implements and refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. Space is designed and organized with style and great intelligence. Location is just off the town center and quieter. The owner of the hotel is very kind and available. Goes out of her way to insure her guests’ comfort.

The neighbors next store cook with wood in an outdoor kitchen. Creates a bit of smoke around mealtimes.

The staff was very friendly, beds very comfortable and it felt very peaceful.

The location. When you book have a look where are you staying exactly because there are 2 locations! one is very central with modern facilities and more hostel/social vibes (according to other reviews) and another one a bit further

Quiet property with more of a guest house feeling rather than a hostel. We got lucky and were the only two guests in the dorm which made for a comfortable nights sleep

more of a social atmosphere would have been nice

I liked the room a lot and the people were kind
