Everything was perfect. The amenities, the friendly hosts who kindly booked us a restaurant for the evening, the charming house, the location, the screen to watch a film after a long day of museum hopping ♥️

Very spacious: bigg sitting/TV rrom with 2 large beds + separate spacious twin room + separate double room, large kitchen and sitting area. 5 min walk from ferry and bus termain. super friendly owner.

Loved our stay in Naoshima. Property was beautiful! Great location, very clean and spacious! Could not recommend enough!

Amazing, exceeded all expectations.

The host gave very clear instructions for the door code the day before our arrival. They responded very quickly to our messages via Bookings.com. They told us that we could check in earlier than the advertised time because cleaning had been finished earlier than expected. The house was about 500m from the arrival ferry. An easy walk on smooth flat surfaces. Easy to find the property on Google maps. The property was traditional Japanese but with western style furniture. It was spotlessly clean. Excellent heating during our cold weather visit. The kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast. Comfortable beds. Large screen projector TV. Only a short walk to excellent bar and restaurants. Town bus and Benesse courtesy bus mad it easy to get to the art installations. There was also the option of hiring e-bikes at a very reasonable price. However we chose the public transport instead because the weather was a little wet. A perfect accommodation choice for a 2-3 day visit to Naoshima.

Lovely and comfortable house with all the needed amenities and more! The location was amazing, right next to the port, bathhouse and nearby cafes and restaurants. Just wish we'd stayed for longer!

It was a charming property. We loved the ambiance of the Japanese ryokan with excellent proximity to the port and bikes can easily be stored on the property. The management was friendly and everything seemed easy to navigate in the home with English labels. Thank you for this amazing experience of comfort and culture. Highly recommend this property.
