Food is great ,staff are wonderful they can't do enough to help

Their food gave us food poisoning, they had NO WATER, which means we couldn’t flush the toilet,wash our hands or shower. It was super loud because they kept playing music on speakers till midnight. We unfortunately booked for 4 nights, only stayed two after they were trying to make things better with a different room where only ice cold water was running and barely any and left. They don’t have A/C’s, told us they’ll bring us fans but didn’t, even after asking multiple times. Everything is full of insects, cockroaches in the room, flies..just disgusting. It smells really bad and we got really sick and no of course they didn’t refund us for the nights that we left earlier.

The place is very Secure and calm isolated from all city noise and stress. The Time we have spent there was priceless and Fun given the great swimming pool we spent time in. The scenery and view well arranged by the property owner makes you feel you in Mexico, all cactus plants 🪴 there are Very beautiful and give the pool a nice view for exotic pictures. The Architecture is Moroccan which Let's you enjoy views while taking pictures of yourself and family. The staff is professional and super friendly. The rooms were well arranged Clean and super comfy with a swimming pool view.

The place isn't easy to reach but if you have a car you'll be able to enjoy it.

The room was immaculately clean and comfortable, with a lovely hot shower and a comfy warm bed. And the breakfast was delicious and filling. Most of all, the staff were helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough to make the stay memorable.
