The room is literally falling apart I cannot imagine how this hotel has 4 Stars rating The wind was blowing from every window and even from the wall behind the bed As it was raining water was leaking inside the room in huge amount The room service is very random: every time something was missing and we need to call multiple times to send water, tea, and towels The mattress has a huge rusty crack to both sides The shower glass wall was not fixed and half of the water was leaking outside the shower The window in the shower has seals broken and cold wind was flowing when it was closed
