BRI was very well treated and all my questions were answered. The receptionist Shereen was very helpful with questions regarding the city and the hotel. The manager Danial was also very kind recommending me places to go eat and with other things. Nedal was also great. I made good friends in my stay. If I ever return to Amman, which I hope I do, I would surely book a room at Sandy Palace Hotel again. Thanks to everyone!
QASheren on the reception, was very nice. The location was great. But everything else was horrible
They cleanliness is horrible. The toilet was leaking. Water pressure very low. And what is worse, the thin walls. You could hear everything in the adjacent rooms. Also families with their kids, were too much

I stayed at the hotel for six nights, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The bed linen was not changed at all during my entire stay. Slippers were not provided, and the carpet was noticeably dirty. Towels were missing on most days, and the room was often left uncleaned despite me being out daily from 12 PM to 12 AM. Additionally, the air conditioning did not work for the first two days, and the shower door was broken. And they didn't clean the bathroom.
