The bathroom sink drain was leaking when we arrived. That was fixed promptly. Then our key malfunctioned (but we didn't know it was the key) and our door wouldn't lock. That was fixed in two tries. There was some language barrier with English. We called for our car, which had valet parked, and they didn't understand, and we waited around for several minutes before we went back inside to ask about it. The breakfast options for gluten free & egg free were almost non-existant.
