Quiet, central location. Very friendly and helpful host. Nice porch onto the courtyard shared by other residents.

Room is a little dark, but fine if being used as a base only. Some issues with water supply, which are apparently typical of Tbilisi and out-of host's control, who in any case supplied emergency water.

Here was good, feel like home. The host was very kind even she can’t speak English but she tried to communicate and taken care of us so good.
