Tbilisi Loves You Apartment

First of all, the host was very kind. She was very welcoming and helpful. She also recommended Zodiaqo restaurant on our first day and just like what she said 10/10 place for Khinkali The Location, is just the perfect 5 min walk to old town and Liberty Square. 2 min walk to nearby restaurants and cafe but you can still enjoy the peace and privacy of the place. The place has everything provided for, toiletries, towels, room slippers, WiFi, Smart TV. The kitchen also has everything you need, from utensils to cookware, fridge, washing machine and it also has a microwave! All in all, we would definitely choose this again when we come back. You get more than the value of what you pay for and get to feel the culture more ++for the cute cats and the hanging grape vines around the neighbourhood

The location was perfect with a variety of bars, music, and food all within steps of the apartment. It was also an easy walk to Freedom Square and Old Tbilisi, as well as everything Sololaki has to offer.

My main complaint is i booked this specifically because I wanted a balcony, which Booking.com indicated it had. Instead, this apt is within an interior yard, on the first floor, with a stoop that overlooks the interior parking and other resident's laundry. It is definitely not a balcony. This was very disappointing. The apt was also very dark, and we had Internet and electrical (lights) issues our last couple days. We never did meet the host, Kristi, though her parents were nice when they let us in. While the location was excellent, overall, I think there are better options in Sololaki for the price.

The studio photos look nice but in reality Not clean and not suitable for family at all.

The location is very close to Liberty Square (just a 5 minutes walk) yet it is in a quiet neighbourhood. There a restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The owner and her parents are such wonderful people and they are very very kind a helpful. They do not speak good English but it was not a problem as they always wanted to help. The room is spacious enough and the kitchen has the basic necessities that are required. There is a small sit out balcony too.

The toilet/ bathroom had a bad smell but we could manage by spraying an air freshener. My biggest disappointment was there were many youngsters who were drunk and smoking at the entrance of the property yard on Friday and Saturday night. While it is not the fault of the property at all, we felt unsafe in such an environment.
