Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Einrichtung der Zimmer waren gut und geschmackvoll. Anbindung an die Innenstadt per Bus ist okay - auch bis in die Nacht hinein.

Der Lärm durch Flugzeuge und vor allem durch die Bahn war - auch trotz bereitgestellter Ohrstöpsel - unerträglich. Direkt hinterm Haus ist ein sehr vielbefahrener Bahnknotenpunkt, über den alle 30 bis 40 Sekunden Bahnen direkt oberhalb der Terrasse des Hauses entlangrattern. - Unerträglich! - Der Weg in die Innenstadt mit den Öffis dauert ca. eine Stunde. - Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind begrenzt (teuer und höchstens bis zu vier Stunden erlaubt) und die "Knöllchen" extrem hoch!

Good value for money, clean enough and great location

The 18-20 train tracks immediately outside my bedroom window and the trains shuttering by approx x4 a minute. Bed comfort wasn't great either so ontop of the excruitiating levels of noise I really struggled to sleep.

Comfortable bed, good price and quick communication

Shared bathroom was not really clean and most of the time occupied (other toilet one floor underneath), very hot- no air conditioning and very hard to ventilate plus the train is very loud

Very comfortable room. Fine size. Bathroom with shower and bath very nice size and quality (not ensuite). Second WC in case bathroom used. Kitchen also nice size and comfortable group sitting area. Door to street fine and safe.

Next to rail tracks so sometimes noisy

Not luxury! shared facilities. The proximity to the rail tracks is not good. First train in the morning is 0551😤

Was able to get parked outside.

The apartment is well equipped and very clean. Sharing common spaces was no issue when I was staying at the flat.

There is a railway right behind the flat. Trains pass very often and the room I stayed in was not well isolated from outside noise. This made sleeping very complicated and that was a very negative aspect of my stay.

Friendly host, nice airy room and good facilities.

It would have been nice having a desk in the bedroom, I like to sit and work in my pjs but didn't want to do that in the communal areas so just sat and worked on the sofa.
