A great journey in Monopoli. We enjoy the terrace with reclining chairs, a garden salon with a parasol. The view is nice on the roofs of this seaside resort. The apartment is comfortable, well-decorated and located. The street is quiet. Our host is kind and helpful, thanks to you. We hope to come back again...

the place is in an amazing location, just a short walk to the historic part of town as well as the beach. it is located on a quieter street, but still very close to the center, which for us was ideal. it was the perfect size for two people with all the amenities you might need, while also having a unique and beautiful interior. the host was extremely helpful and provided answers to any questions we had (not only about the property), and made sure we were comfortable at all times, checking in to see if we needed anything. because of an early flight we were also able to check in earlier without any issues, which was great!

the stairs inside the building can be problematic to some (but for us they only added to the experience!)

Great location, small but cozy, Cosimo super helpful and always fast to answer. Right in the heart of Monopoli and walking distance to the beach.

Monopoli is a truly authentic Italian town, and I’m completely in love with it. The apartment is located right in the heart of the Old Town. It’s cozy and charming. We stayed in the top-floor apartment. The stairs leading up are stone, narrow, and quite steep—but that’s part of the charm and authenticity. All the old houses in this historic district are built that way. There’s a rooftop terrace available in the apartment, complete with sun loungers. From there, you can enjoy views over the rooftops of the surrounding buildings, and even catch a glimpse of the sea. The beach is not far—about a 20-minute walk to Cala Paradiso, where you can rent sunbeds and an umbrella. The apartment has everything you need for a simple stay: a coffee machine, a cooktop, a fridge. It’s perfect for making a quick snack, brewing coffee, or enjoying some fresh fruit. The bed is fairly comfortable, and the bathroom is also clean and functional.

Perfect location in centro storico. Excellent communication from owner Cosimo. Very helpful with travel information. Very comfortable apartment with all necessary facilities.

Cosimo was wonderful - attentive to all needs and responsive when I had questions about the apartment. He showed me how everything works and made himself available for questions afterwards. The flat was perfect for a solo traveller wanting privacy, and I can imagine it working well for a couple too. I have to compliment the WiFi in particular - I had two job interviews on Microsoft Teams while I was in Monopoli and the internet was perfect at the kitchen table. This would be a great flat for a working holiday. The private rooftop terrace with sun loungers was wonderful too.

Charming apartment in the heart of Monopoli old town. Good bed, apartment is spacious enough. Good communication with the host

One point out of 10 goes because of the very narrow and steep staircase. We were happy to have just small rugsacks, but with a large suitcase.. huh!? Also the kitchen lacked some essentials; cutting board, good knife and kitchen cloth or paper roll. But these are only small things!

The apartment was really atmospheric and tidy. The own rooftop terrace was also a big bonus. The location was perfect - it's in the middle of everything but still really peaceful. Thank you also for the great host!
