Roseate Chiang Mai

I liked how nice the manager was towards me. I believe her name is Mon. I had complained a bit about a light fixture on the ceiling directly outside my door, and she had the maintenance team actually replace the light fixture with a whole different one with much dimmer lighting. The previous one was shining too much light into my room at night, through the surrounding door jam, I thought it was very accommodating of the staff to do this for me. Actually, any request I had to make my stay more comfortable was granted in a very pleasant way.

I stayed here 8 years ago and wanted to return on my next trip to Chiang Mai. Unfortunately, the restaurant , “Rose” , had since closed right after the pandemic of 2020, and they haven’t been able to open another dining facility, not even for breakfast. There aren’t many amenities left here, but the rooms are very clean and spacious.

No breakfast available but a range of options within a 5 minute walk.
