York Street Apartments by Blackpool Service Apartments

The location of the property was brilliant, walking distance to all local attractions, shops, takeaways. It was quiet at night and we loved the big windows. The property felt cosy and modern. The tea, coffee and sugar was nice to have on arrival. We also liked the no apartment key/keycard.

If I had to be really picky - the litter outside the back of the property, the back gate was slamming due to winds on the first night however as soon as we shut the window we couldn’t hear it, one of the draws was broken too but didn’t bother us at all during our stay.

Apartment was clean and comfortable, The staff were friendly and helpful

I stayed here for the weekend. I must say I was very impressed with this apartment very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Very good location also. They have everything you need in this property

It was close to the town

The front door was filthy the next door is empty and a wreck, we went through the front door and was meet with a messy corridor, we walked in to our apartment and the blinds were all down when we put them up it revealed there back yard it was like me a dump. The main TV tube was going it had seven white dots the basin to the bathroom was scorching as was the shower I had to turn the heater down very dangerous if a child run the tap, the shower mastic leaked 3 doors up had all rubbish old mattress outside There wasn’t a separate bedroom if there was a second couple staying on the sofa bed there would have to walk pass your bed to go to the kitchen or bathroom. We pulled the foot stools out to sit on the sofa and there was crumbs all over the floor underneath them.

COVERED IN BED BUG BITES!!! Avoid this property at all costs, hosts have not even gave me the decency of a response once I told them I was infested with bed bug bites from their property. Never in my life have I dealt with such sub par conditions. Covered on my back chest legs in bed bug bites from the property. Absolutely disgusting don’t bother staying they can’t offer basic hygiene
