I loved the location and the apartment it was clean and spacious.

The back of property was run down the garden was of need of maintenance littered and scaffolding. Noise from apartment above and people in stair well was noisy maybe draft excluders to the door to help with noise? Bathroom light needs looking at it’s faulty doesn’t stay on it flickers. Need small things to be maintained.
