Great location in the heart of Palermo, making it easy to explore the historic center on foot. The room was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed for our stay. What really stood out was the staff. We were traveling as a family of five with several large suitcases, and after check-out they were incredibly helpful by storing all of our luggage while we explored the city before picking up our rental car. Their kindness and willingness to help made a big difference and was truly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Palermo, especially families looking for a central location and excellent service.

Las habitaciones son cómodas y si bien están en una zona peatonal, no se escuchan los ruidos de la calle para poder descansar. Una de las habitaciones tenia un balcón que fue muy practico. El acceso es independiente y las indicaciones son buenas. La atención por teléfono estuvo siempre presente.

El baño era pequeño, pero tiene todo lo necesario.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden! Das Bett war sehr sauber. Mit dem Personal hatte ich persönlich keinen Kontakt nur per Whatsapp. Bei Fragen war sie erreichbar!

Lloc molt cèntric, equipat com una habitació d’hotel. Habitacions amb AC individual. Els llits eren còmodes, les tovalloles netes i suaus.

Vam trobar a faltar coixins més còmodes, però suposo que a cadascú té els seus gustos. Potser una mica elevat el preu però no excessivament.
