A little remote. Nowhere to walk to.

The property is new and the room is super large, modern and really clean with nice sheets and towels. Nice small pool within lemon trees. Insect shileds a every window. Conveniently located between Noto and Avola. Free Parking on property.

In fact this is not a „Superior Villa“ in a „Ressort“ but a (very large) Studio style room with a kitchenette and seating area at the front (half separated from the sleeping area). The room has only one window which faces the entrance path/parking area/communal area so you cannot leave it open without the other guests being able to peak in. There are three units in the house, the other two with entrance in the back towards the pool. There was only coffee provided for one morning and no detergent for the washing machine, which would have been nice. You also have to use the key to turn on the electricitly in the room so no chance to have the washing machine run while you are at the pool (which is behind the house) and you do not want to leave your door unlocked. We did not meet anybody from the owners in person as they do not live on the property (it is all whats app ) but hold a large dog in a kennel by the pool. Our neighbours said you can also order breakfast, which was however not offered to us. For EUR 250 per night I have expected a bit more hospitality effort but this property definitely has a lot of potential once everything has settled in.

Beautiful oasis in the middle of the lemon plantage. Very privat and quiet. We felt welcome from the second we arrived.
