Ziran Resort is perfectly located, between Noto and Avola, and short drive from beaches. Federica and Concetta are lovely hosts, and always around to make sure our stay was comfortable. The villas are all very nice and clean, and the pool area is beautiful. We were in Villa 3, which is the only one that doesn't face the pool, but it does have the benefit of being closest to the lovely big outdoor dining area. I think all of the villas look good though.

Not a negative, but worth noting the tourist tax to be paid in cash: Comune di Noto charges €1.50 per adult per night, capped at 4 nights, and that children under 14 are exempt.

We loved every second we've spent at Ziran! It's a wonderful place to relax and unwind. If you fancy a day at the beach or in a city, it's only 10 min away by car. The hosts were incredibly helpful and did everything to give us the best experience. Would go immediately again! Just make sure you stay at least 3 days if not more!

A Sicilian Sanctuary — Ziran is a holiday home with heart and soul and offers quiet luxury the Sicilian way Spending our 12 day family holiday between lemon grove and olive trees at Ziran resort truly was a Sicilian dream. This newly opened resort with just three apartments (and therefore serenely private) has exceeded our expectations. It is not only aesthetically beautiful and offers a great portion of comfort — from the moment we arrived, the hosts Concetta and her daughter Federica made us feel wonderfully at «home away from home» and made sure throughout our stay that we had all we needed. We felt completely at ease at Ziran and were able to enjoy the beautiful house and quiet premises with pool and large terrace where we spent quite a few evenings while the sun tucked down behind a vast olive tree. Our kids loved the in-house pizza delivery offered by Ziran. Our warmest recommendations for spending an evening «at home» , tucking into great Sicilian pizza and enjoying the peace! The house which has been a family home before becoming a holiday destination continues to convey the spirit of a harmonious family place. It is intimate and feels simply private. For those who appreciate design like myself, Ziran was impeccably furbished by the owners with both modern and ancient elements like the beautifully shaped vintage closet. Don’t miss out on spending some time looking through the most fashionable coffee table books about Sicily, placed at a large, tree table on the patio. Ziran is located just outside of the ancient city of Avola, so it’s blissfully removed from the tourist crowds piling up at famous Noto, which is just a ten minute ride away. The spacious apartment number 3 was the perfect choice for two adults and two children who loved running around the pool or playing with the local cats. Local beaches are in reach within less than 10 minutes by car and Ziran offered us some of the best tips for places to eat in the area.

I absolutely loved the stay! It is very peaceful and the outside area is beautiful. 100% recommend!

The peace and atmosphere of the resort were fantastic. The room was beautiful and spotless, and the pool with the lovely garden was definitely a highlight. Everything was perfectly taken care of.

There was honestly nothing we didn’t like. Everything was well organized and met all our expectations.

The place created by Federica and her mom is amazing. You can find peace and relaxation there among the nature that surrounds you. Everything is designed with taste and style, creating pleasant experience. The place looks just like shown-everything is new and well-equipped. Federica is a wonderful and caring host, who looks after her guests with great attention. She was helpful in many matters and even prepared a lovely surprise for us on our wedding anniversary. We will definitely be happy to return there with our whole family. Warm Regards!!

The cleanliness of the property. The host was super friendly and gave us lots of recommendations of places to visit during our trip to Noto. She was very welcoming and made us feel right at home 😌

If we had to choose something it’s the fact the pool is shared & if you have to third apartment you are not facing the pool but rather you have to walk around the back of the property if you wish to use it.

We were really well looked after, and felt really cared for and well taken care of. We really liked the resort, and help was available when we needed it, whether we were at the resort or not. We will definitely be returning.
