The ambience is better than I expected.. Staffs are very good and prompt.. Love the breakfast pool was not warm enough though but the owners are verry friendly and they can solve any problem..

The staff were brilliant, right from we arrived they were very accommodating and welcoming. The location was excellent, 5 min drive from Fira and just a 20 min drive from Oia. Overall the property was clean, elegant, luxurious and definitely 5 star. Having your breakfast delivered to your door each morning was definitely a added bonus. And the views from our terrace were exceptional. Overall we had a brilliant stay at Pnoe luxury suites.

Everything was perfect. There was nothing we didn’t like.

L’accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. L’emplacement de l’hôtel et la proximité avec l’aéroport. C’est un endroit isolé et assez tranquille. Le petit déjeuner était super ! On avait la possibilité de personnaliser son menu et les quantités. Nous avions accès à un room service.
