Dimitris welcomed us with such genuine warmth and kindness that it felt like coming home to old friends. Within minutes, we felt not like guests, but part of something unique. Our suite was a dream: sunrises painting the sky in gold and orange, visible straight from the bed, overlooking the endless sea. The heated pool was – and this really deserves to be said – truly warm, perfect for an early swim while watching the island come to life. One of the absolute highlights was the floating breakfast – beautifully arranged, fresh, and full of variety. Enjoying breakfast in the pool, under the Santorini sun, with that breathtaking view – pure perfection. But what truly makes PNOE so exceptional are the people: Fanouria was always there for us, no matter what we needed – from restaurant bookings to something as small as finding a lighter. Her dedication, warmth, and attention to every little detail go far beyond what anyone could call “service.” This is Next Level Hospitality – defined by genuine care and heart. A particularly touching moment was how the team helped organize the birthday surprise for my wife. Flowers, decorations, drinks – everything was arranged with so much love that it honestly left us speechless. In the morning, when the sun rises over the sea and the sky fills with light, you realize that PNOE is not accommodation – it’s an exclusive hideaway with soul. Later, wrapped in soft blankets, surrounded by candlelight and peace, you understand why guests don’t just leave here – they take a piece of Santorini with them. Dimitris & Fanouria – you turned our stay into an unforgettable memory. PNOE represents what true hospitality should be – personal, heartfelt, and simply extraordinary.

by far the most accommodating and friendly staff we encountered in all of greece — they truly make staying with them feel like a vacation. the bed was also very comfortable and we loved waking up to the sunrise.

Unforgettable stay in Santorini! The hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet area, perfect to fully enjoy the island. The service was excellent, the staff very welcoming, and everything was wonderful. We truly loved our experience and highly recommend this hotel!

What is there not to like about Pnoe Luxury Suites? Wonderful location away from the madness of Fira but close enough to get there. The owner and his wife were incredible! From arrival to the end. Regrettably I was only there for 4 days. Lovely accomodation and lived that I had my own heated pool that you could have the staff adjust the temperature to your liking. Great breakfasts Self contained with the ability to cook should you wish, bar fridge and all utensils. Coffee maker jug and tea and coffee supplied as well as robes, iron and hai dryer as well as all hair products, soap etc. Special thanks to the owner for helping me get to the airport when I inadvertently put in another hotel that has a similar name and went to the other hotel when I pre arranged a airport transfer They have other drivers on tap to get you around if you’re not driving. Sunrises- the view from the property is amazing! I will be back next year with my family and for longer

オーナーご夫婦が本当に素敵な方々で、ご主人はチェックインの日に部屋の隅々まで案内してくれました。オススメスポットや効率のいい周り方、アクティビティも質問すれば全て答えてくれて、リクエストもできます。希望があればアクティビティの手配もしてくださいます。 なにより清潔でおしゃれなお部屋と、毎朝の朝食は今まで宿泊したどこのホテルよりも素晴らしいものでした。朝食は毎朝スイート専用のシェフが作成した新鮮な食材を使用し、新鮮なメニューをいただくことができます！良いところが多すぎて、書ききれませんがサントリーニに行った際はこちらでの宿泊を強くお勧めします！

ないです！ ロケーションは良かったですが、車はあったほうがいいと思います。徒歩では道が険しいです。レンタカーがオススメです。
