The apt was in very nice building, close to restaurants next door, beach walk was 7 min.

La proximité pour aller à la plage et à Ocean Drive, les personnes à la réception étaient Top et super accueillantes 👍 avec une petite parenthèse pour Luiz qui était très compétent et très chaleureux avec qui nous avons sympathisé 🥰 on recommande à 100% cet établissement

The location was fantastic as it was very near to a public beach, beside enough bars of varying types and also many restaurants too. The free local transport system takes you along the central street of the area - Collins Avenue - and into the Art Deco area. We were always able to find loungers around the small, shaded pool area despite it not having that many loungers.

Nothing. Any small matters were cleared up quickly by Richard who was extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay.

I really appreciated the complimentary jar of coffee provided in the room. It was a thoughtful touch that made my mornings so much brighter and more convenient.

My stay was disappointing as the room felt dark and uninviting. The bathroom lacked basic privacy; it featured only a shower curtain and sliding doors that could not be locked. I also encountered hygiene issues, including small insects near the bathroom sink. The layout was impractical, with the mirror placed on the opposite wall rather than above the vanity. Service was also a concern. Towels were only replaced once, and I was told I should wash them myself in the future. Furthermore, the room was very noisy due to its proximity to the laundry area, making it difficult to sleep. The experience felt more like a poorly managed short-term rental than a professional hotel stay.

La situation du logement est exceptionnelle à peine à 10 min à pied de la plage et du parc, tout est à proximité. L’accueil de Luiz a été très chaleureux, le logement a tout ce qu’il faut pour le séjour. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont fort appréciables après une journée de visites.
