Some parts of the room were dusty,not enough channels on ur tv,some furniture broken, all in all the place is good it just needs a bit of taking care of here and there.
ZAI love how clean and presentable it was on arrival. I appreciated the caretaker who welcomed us on our late arrival. The location is convenient and easy to find. Generally impressed by the place given the location is away from big cities and towns.
The breakfast arrangement was not clear and we had to provide proof of booking amount to confirm that we do qualify for breakfast, which only then was the breakfast being prepared. We were not notified about the cleaning arrangements which led to us coming back to an uncleaned room. The staff still needs training in hospitality and general experience in the field. Small things like providing clean cups and teaspoons every day and bringing the iron with the ironing board. I'd advise that the management provide a general notice card in every room that provides all the details required for a pleasant stay.
