ZAZAZARooms were clean with working aircon, TV and bathroom was clean with working shower and hot water.
Place looks good, they just need to finish up the touch ups on the construction, painting of the perimeter wall inside and the aluminum doors need to be adjusted well to open and close smoothly at some of the rooms. The other repair is on the cracked glasses on the doors.

The exchange of remote controls from rooms to rooms and not being able to be replaced, the calling all the time at the gate instead of having a bell to ring so you can be assisted at some point calls aren't answered on time due to the facility being busy and it causes one to wait long to be assisted (One person is being given too many tasks and it becomes overloaded). Delicate tasks accordingly so they can be managed well

Poor service from the staff. Almost didnt get a room as they were saying it's fully booked at my check-in time where as I had already paid online in Bookings.com. Staff members were drunk and involving other guests on our conversations. A guest actually convinced them to give us a room, when they were saying the only room left was preserved for a certain reason Dr and that Dr had not paid.
ZAThe facilities were beautiful and intimate. Very clean and the staff was lovely and accommodating. I have nothing to complain about. Definitely worth a repeat visit.
The WiFi connection was an issue. Otherwise it was lovely
