The property was even better than the pictures showed , location was perfect for us too The owners replied to emails virtually instantly and offered great advice on near by parking & was very in detail over everything I needed to know Thanks again

Only one thing! The plows are very small, a full size pillow would make a huge difference, the beds are really comfy

No music allowed after 2200! Unable to reach the windows Only 3 fans for the 4 rooms Only 2 toilets for up to 16 guests (we had 10) Crumbs on the toaster on arrival Spilt milk in fridge from previous guest Food and ice cubes in freezer from previous guests You are not allowed to use the spare beds AT ALL or you are charged a fee, so not able to switch rooms if you wished to do so due to heat, snorers etc! No spare towels anywhere They watch on the camera in the stairwell and messaged me when the main door was propped open due to the heat as the vanity area was right by the door with the hair dryers! There are wear and tear marks which you expect, but I was charged £80 for marks to be repainted within one day. I have asked to see the invoice so will wait and see. All these little things ruined the weekend as you pay for luxury and expect nothing less for the price it costs.

Beautiful decor, amazing space place which is out of place in Blackpool. Luxury all over, every room spotless and set out perfect. So much space and lovely rooms. Felt like we were in Vegas or Paris. However.......

The management company needs to relax. The list of rules sent AFTER you've booked is ridiculous. It put everyone on edge, and everybody was too scared to put a cup down. Not to mention the video watching you enter and exit, I got a message after entering the property telling me I was pulling too hard on the door handle! Come and meet and greet if you are that worried. I really hope that is the only camera or mic? The demand for 3 drivers licenses was a bit extreme. BUT, holding onto a £300 deposit for nearly 4 weeks was a money grab for interest, this should be returned much sooner, the cleaner showed up 15mins before she should have and had little to do, why the wait???? I felt like I was rude asking for my refund of the deposit. It's such a shame. The administration team needs a complete review, but the accommodation was amazing, although a kitchen roll and a tea towel wouldn't go a miss.

Excellent property! Very thing we needed for our group stay.

Floors in living area could be cleaned a bit better! Our feet were dirty when walking around with on shoes on!! They could do with a brush or hover in living area! So guests can use it if needed!! Need curtains or black out blinds in bedrooms!!

The apartment is decorated beautifully, very spacious and the location is perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Difficult to sleep at night due to the blinds in the room don't keep the light out. Very comfy beds though
