INall best but staff not provide soap
INININHotel did not honor our reservation. I called them a day before our travel to check if we have the booking and the person at the reception said that they all fully booked and cannot provide rooms. Glad I checked before reaching there else i would have struggled to fund room for my family (around 12 people). Reflects bad on booking.com as well i guess they have no control over their partner hotels. Would not recommend booking via booking.com and you cannot be sure if you're going to get the stay.

ININOn reaching the location, I was told there is room available. I had to look out for another place which was so shameful despite a proper booking. The owner was so casual about it and stated that the earlier person has extended the room. No call to inform. How can booking. Com associate with such people?
Above message tells the horrific story. Please take stern action against this property. I would like my compensation from booking Com for having to pay 3 time for spot booking.
