The staff (Rupesh Patil) was very arrogant and annoying, he tried all the ways to loot, he asked me to pay more than what is the booking amount, he asked to pay more even after saying its already booked. He asked me to pay more for earlier checking even when the room was available. He keeps calling you to check out as early as possible. If this is a mistake from the platform, mention the charges in the upfront before booking online if there are early check-in charges and extra person charges, so we do not have to deal with marrons like this. This was very disappointing. its not about the money its about lack of information.
