Posizione centralissima per andare in centro. Nonostante la difficoltà a parcheggiare. Aria condizionata funzionante. Supermercato vicinissimo

Purtroppo c'è stato un problema relativo al bagno cieco ( non indicato come tale ) usato nella nostra camera familiare( 2 stanze doppie). L'odore di fogna era molto forte purtroppo. Forte umidità in tutta la casa. Una tapparella purtroppo era rotta in una delle stanze. Assenza di zanzariere. Inoltre occorrerebbe specificare meglio che si tratta di appartamento in condivisione.
