"Good"

Location was ideal. Close to shops and public transport.

Having to pay for using the washing machine as it was not indicated that it will be an additional charge do to laundry. The perception I had was the use of the washer was included with accommodation price.

"No cleaning services . They requested 100€ for a damage I haven’t caused"

Localização. Espaço.

They didn’t offer any cleaning services during my 7days of stay. When I asked for towels they said “I’m at the hospital at the momento, sorry” and no towels were offered at all. When I left they photo the room complaining about the messy - like I had obligation to let it all brand new for the next guest.

"Superb"

Good value for money. Room was spacious, clean and very nice. Well equipped kitchen. Great location, bus station in walking distance, variety of grocery stores in neighborhood. Hosts were very nice, welcoming and helpful.

Thin walls in whole building, could hear neighbours.

Nothing

Our bathroom is outside of room and they did't clean anything all 7 days. Bed was uncomfortable, kitchen is dirty. We must pay last day lagguage room. We must pay 20€ late check in. Unpolite

This property needs to be removed from the website and an official complaint made to booking.com. Be aware that this is a shared apartment with all facilities shared with complete strangers. Fake advertising and major deceiving for the customer. Also a dodgy £20 asked for apparently late check in. Stay away please…this apartment is not safe!
