J’ai aimé l’accueil, le petit déjeuner et la piscine. L’emplacement était top et on avait un chauffeur à notre disponibilité gratuitement.

L’heure du Check-in un peu trop tardive.

Lovely location just outside of Chania center. Breakfast buffet had lots of options, was very delicious, and is served in the rooftop restaurant with fanatastic view over Chania and the bay - a great way to start the day. Also definately recommend the restaurant for dinner - superb food and spectacular sundown view! Excellent service, hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and water was provided daily. The onsite laundry services were perfect as we were travelling for 12 days with a 15kg limit, laundry tablets are available at the reception. Large outside swimmingpool, unfortunately not heated and the weather had not been great up till then so the water was very cold, but during summer it must be great! I definately hope to return!

The showers could use some renovation, they are a bit small and in both ours and the teenagers rooms water leaked into the bathroom during showering. In the junior suite the rubber on the door was missing. But on a positive note, the water pressure was amazing, one of the best I have come across during our travels! Hairdryer had a safety against overheating so it shut down every 2-3 minutes, but with a little patience I managed to dry my hair (I have very thick hair). Finding a parking spot on-site was often a challenge in the evening as the parking area is also used by customers of the restaurant, but we always managed to find a spot :-).

The rooms that have no panoramic view are less better, we had 2 rooms and there was a huge difference.
