Der wunderschöne Ausblick auf den Hafen von Chania. Der Pool. Der Shuttle und das Roof-Top Restaurant. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter.

Ontbijt, zwembad met het uitzicht was echt top. Ook de kamer was prima, vooral het terras aan de tuin/zwembad is erg mooi met een prachtig uitzicht, alhoewel de badkamer wel wat krap is. Slaapkamer grenst aan de gang en die is erg gehorig, je hoort echt alles. De pendeldienst naar de stad is goed geregeld.

Het matras was de eerste nacht niet goed. Ik en mijn partner konden beide de slaap niet vatten. We lagen in een enorme kuil en je rolde gewoon naar elkaar toe. De tweede dag hebben ze het matras omgekeerd en een topper geplaatst. Dat was een stuk beter maar nog verre van perfect geslapen. We konden dag 3 nog kamers ruilen maar dat was ons de moeite niet waard met een baby en een hoeveelheid aan bagage. Als het bed goed was geweest dan had ik een hogere beoordeling gegeven. Als ik advies moet geven, het matras blijven keren is geen goede oplossing voor iets dat m.i. versleten is, ik zou zeggen: vervangen.

Vue sublime sur la piscine. Belle chambre pour 3 personnes avec une literie confortable. Petit déjeuner en buffet complet et copieux. Personnel serviable. Très belle vue sur la Ville de La Canée. Hôtel calme. Belle Piscine avec de bons transats. Le système de commande de snack/boissons au bar au bord de la piscine est très bien. Le restaurant "The Hill" en rooftop de l'hôtel est très bon avec des prix abordables (Lieu aussi pour le petit-déjeuner) et une belle vue sur La Canée. La navette pour le centre ville de La Canée est un grand plus et fort utile. En revanche pas de shuttle entre 14h et 18h, c'est bien dommage mais sinon, c'est vraiment très utile car c'est un peu compliqué pour ce garer en centre ville.

Comme il y a un restaurant en rooftop de l'hôtel, il est parfois difficile de se garer malgré les nombreuses places de parking. A prévoir des places supplémentaires.

Stunning views from the Hotel located on a Hill. Watching the sunset. Clean rooms, rooms cleaned daily with beddings and towels changed daily. Courteous and very helpful reception staff willing to go over and above expectations to provide a service especially Nikolas and Eva.Free shuttle to and from town centre with very polite and experienced drivers. The amazing healthy stray cats. The owner was also helpful with insightful information to explore about the town

Dinner and the hotel was not as great as in the town centre. My Octopus was cold and more like Appetiser however well presented. More investment is needed in this area so guests can dine in.

Location was perfect! Quick drive to old town and if you don’t want to drive yourself they do offer a shuttle service to take you there everyday. The breakfast was unbelievable. The chef was always cooking delicious food every morning with different items. View was gorgeous, rooms clean and pristine, staff were so nice and polite. So worth it I would highly highly recommend

The only issue was the parking on the property in the evening. During the day its fine but in the evening a lot of people come to dine in the restaurant of the hotel and the limited parking is usually always taken however the staff were nice enough to let me give them the car key and they would move my car during the night if needed
