We provide a service between 7:30 am until 2:00 pm for the house keeping service (Changing of the towels, bedsheets, cleaning, etc. ) Bedsheets should be change every 3 days.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Excellent"

Le personnel a l’écoute et qui nous aide. Le room service super et sans frais en plus que le prix des plats. La cuisine était bonne : le petit déjeuner comme la carte des snack et du dîner mais les cocktails pourraient être retravaillés.

L’isolation des chambre est très très faible. Entre le bruit des ébats des voisins et les pleurs des bébés…

"An excellent week in Chania."

Very friendly and helpful reception staff, very clean and modern, the best views from the front facing room and restaurant. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and changed daily. The restaurant staff were friendly and the food was nice. The kids loved the pool, the water was cold but it was welcome in the heat, there was plenty of loungers and seating around the pool too. Another great feature was a free shuttle bus to and from the old town, around 10 minutes away, which you book at the reception. We booked an excursion to Elafonisi Beach from the reception, this was€30 euros per person, this made the trip very easy. Excellent hotel, would highly recommend.

Nothing, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

"Amazing buffet breakfast, friendly staff, good gym equipment"

Breakfast was awesome. Couldn’t really have been any better. Also great that it went for such a long time so you could have an early or late breakfast. The gym was good, not many gyms have a squat rack and cables. The staff were very friendly.

Gym times weren’t the best. Made it hard to train without cutting into daily activities. Also got in trouble for accidentally dropping a dumbbell a few times. So hey have big weights there but you can’t really use them freely like deadlift or anything. Also sad the sauna wasn’t running

Lovely pool area, staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the meal we had at the restaurant in the evening was very good with super views.
