No lift ,room was in 3rd floor Cost was too high 2550/- Not tea , or coffee available or breakfast even no door delivery available Cab won’t be enter in to the facilities..will stop1 km away from the hotel .

Loved the room and the balcony view. I could spend the entire day in the balcony. Basic facilities were available like electric kettle, locker, AC etc. The location is amazing right next to the light house beach and just 500-600 metres walking distance from Kovalam beach. The owner wasn't around so he called up personally to guide on auto booking to airport

We stayed during off season in April and we were the only one in the entire property. There was no staff available in the property, there was no water filter available so had to step out to purchase water bottles. Bathroom had no freshener and there was a pungent smell entire day.
