Towels look like old rags, no kettle / coffee / tea and fridge didn’t work

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Karma Beach Resort in Kovalam, Kerala, and it was truly a memorable experience. The highlight of our entire Kerala trip was undoubtedly the breathtaking view that this resort offered. Sam, our gracious host, was always just a call or message away, making our stay even more convenient. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our room, with its attached balcony, provided us with a mind-blowing view of the surroundings. It was incredibly spacious and well-appointed, making us feel right at home. The presence of amenities such as shampoo, soap, and towels was a thoughtful touch. One of the best aspects of this resort is its proximity to the beach and the lighthouse. We could easily walk to all the nearby eateries, making it convenient to explore the area. Sam was a fantastic help when it came to renting a scooty, which added to the overall convenience of our trip. In summary, Karma Beach Resort in Kovalam offers excellent value for money and outstanding hospitality. Despite some minor room comfort issues, the breathtaking view and Sam's assistance made our stay truly enjoyable.

There were a couple of minor areas for improvement. It would be great if the resort could provide a better blanket or quilt option, as the temperature dropped quite a bit during our stay, and we felt a bit chilly. Additionally, the spring mattress was less comfortable compared to a firmer one, which affected our sleep quality. While the linens were clean, we noticed some old stains.

The location is beautiful and the whole experience is beautiful.

I think the food is pretty expensive. And accessibility of the place is very difficult we have to walk through beach, carry luggage and walking all the way is a task.

Location is right towards the end of the light house beach. Sea view rooms. Rooms and baths were pretty big and spacious. Decent with all basic stuff available. Lots of eataries near by. Host was responsive and not intruding into privacy.

Would love a ceiling fan in the Balcony as that will keep away flies and mosquitoes and give some comfort from the humidity.
