The Annex

What a wonderful place to stay. Stunning views for sunsets and sunrises. Very peaceful. Lovely meeting Geoff and Julie who made me feel so welcome. The annexe is very well equipped and is larger than the photos suggest. Felt very safe for a solo traveller. Made a great base to explore the surrounding area of beaches, mountains, historic sites, steam railways and so much more. The fabulous weather helped!

Very clean and comfortable. The owners were very accommodating and extremely helpful with local knowledge. It was lovely to wake up see the sheep in the paddock!!!

TV was a bit small for the room but was not that big a deal

So peaceful amazing views wherever you looked lovely hosts delicious fresh eggs and a cute cat 🐈 we are thinking of booking the pod next time after seeing the beautiful setting it sits in

A four slice toaster would of made breakfast easier a slice of bread didn't fit fully in the small toaster so we had to keep taking it out and flipping it so it toasted evenly

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at The Annex. Both Geoff and Julie were welcoming and proud of their property, as they should be. The Annex was incredibly homely and comfortable with not a detail missed. We have been travelling for nearly two months and this was the best place we had stayed. The Annex had everything you needed with a full kitchen, spacious bathroom and a peak at the ocean, that with the hospitality and warmth from Geoff and Julie made for an incredible stay. The location was beautiful and quiet, with only the sounds of the sheep in the fields. If we were to travel back to the Snowdonia area I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Friendly, helpful hosts. Modern, attractive decor and facilities. Beautiful rural location. Easy drives to Caernarfon, Anglesey, National Trust properties and castles. Perfect for a short or longer stay.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Very friendly couple who owned the accommodation. Attention to detail in all areas There was everything we could need in the kitchen cooking wise Books dvds and board games were provided also Knew the area very well so could advise on the best places to go visit Would definitely book again. Thought as it was an annex it would be small but it wasn't it was big enough for 2 to Stay in comfortably K.J &J.J

Wir waren nicht im annex untergebracht, sondern erhielten ein upgrade. Es war eine sehr schöne, großzügige Unterkunft auf einem großen Grundstück mit ausgesprochen netten Gastgebern. Alles war sehr gut durchdacht, bei der Ausstattung fehlte es an nichts. Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen, doch ist man schnell am Meer, in Caernarfon, auf Anglesey oder am Mount Snowdon. Wir überlegen, wiederzukommen.

It's in an absolutely beautiful area within easily driveable distances of the beach, mountains, and other activities. The hosts know lots about the area which is really eye-opening and the grounds hold so much history and beauty. All you could need in terms of a kitchen, and a wonderful view too.

There is a very narrow bridge (avoidable) in one direction from the property which is worth bearing in mind for larger cars when going out! But everything was amazing - would 100% go again!

Stayed for a week. A lovely place. Little slice of heaven. So peaceful. Geoff and Julie were so lovely and welcoming and have fantastic knowledge of the area. We have already booked to go back and can't wait. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
