"Exceptional"

What a little gem. Julie and Geoff were great hosts and very welcoming. Views on the grounds are amazing. Sea view on one side and snowdon on the other. The Annex is a small single bedroomed accommodation for 2. Really nice though. Got everything you need. They seemed to have covered every base. Shower had non slip mat. So many places forget this. Instruction booklet for hob and cooker came in handy. Nearest shop is a few mile away so a good idea to take enough food for a day or 2. A great base for walking Snowdon or visiting beeches. The hosts have 5 different accommodations all with their nice little twists. Will definitely go back again. Thanks to Julie and Geoff for making our stay so enjoyable.

What's not to like? Really beautiful location - the estate as well as the surrounding area; friendly, helpful hosts; well-equipped, comfortable accommodation- including sharp knives (which was great as I'd forgotten to bring mine) and so useful to have washing up liquid, kitchen roll, tea towels and and oven glove - so many places forget about these little things; good WiFi (especially useful as we had no mobile signal); farm eggs. We loved our stay and would love to stay again. Thanks Geoff and Julie.

"Nice room in quiet location"

We stayed in the Annex which if a fully self contained appartment, including a small kitchen. The hosts were friendly and helpful and the place spotlessly clean. Nice and quiet.

The bedroom was 'compact' and only just fitted the standard double bed.

The location! Stunning view. Beautiful scenery. All well maintained, very clean also friendly , nice and honest owners. Beautiful place and beautiful people. Price very affordable!!

Too short holiday... only 6 nights not enough , could stay much longer

Perfect location for exploring north wales and short drive to Snowdon. Quiet and peaceful. Great to know Geoff & Julie were on site in case of any issues. Spotlessly clean property. Lovely touches which made it feel like home. Delicious fresh eggs available to buy. Lovely waking up to views over the sea & sheep/lambs! Very friendly & accommodating hosts!
