The location was nice because the bus to go in the center of Venice is really close

It really didn't have all the necessary equipment. In the bathroom, we had nothing, not even shower gel and shampoo.

There was not even one good thing about in this room! All of the good reviews are fake.

Nothing as the pictures, very loud “neighbours”, the place is a place for living not even a “hotel” or “ Rooms” for renting. Shared bathrooms, there are not one with private bathroom. Doesn’t exists. Collects touristic tax for being even OUTSIDE of Venice ( the island ). For me collected 4 euro per person, in the island ( old town ) was 2 euro. Very bad accommodation and attitude. Wrote we will arrive late, they told us “ free check in for your late arrival” but however wanted to collect tax for late check in. Real SCAM! Supposed to gives us the money back, never did. WOULDNT RECOMMEND unless you want to sleep at the streets as I did

The pictures were misleading, we did not have a private bathroom, the shower didn’t work and the bathroom floor flooded, it was hard to find, the smell was terrible, and it looked like it had never been cleaned

Interiors are renewed and so clean and tidy. If I travel alone, it could be rated better.

I am not sure whether location is good to access. Maybe you don't want to walk outside of the hotel in the evening.

The room was pretty spacious, the bed was comfortable and the wardrobes had lots of space. For the price of it, it did the job for us. Buses to venice stop just up the road from the properly which made it easy to get there and back.

I didn’t like how the bathroom was across the hall instead being in the actual room meaning we had to use a key to lock and unlock the door which was very loud due and would echo in the hall probably waking everyone around up! Also the walls are paper thin so if you are staying here, hope there is no one loud next door to you as we had two people up all night talking and shouting to each other. I also felt it was very hard to find the location, we had to ring a member of staff to come out and meet us. Google maps doesn’t make it that easy to find either, it is like behind a building and on the 5th floor, so without help of staff we would not have found it using google maps alone.
