Blue Deluxe Venice

Good position a few steps from the L4 bus station which goes to Venice. Calm. Shops and cafés around. It's the second time we stay here and we would be back!

Close to bus stop. Relatively close to main station. Staff was kind. Private bath.

Super humid. The "air-conditioning" wasn't good. There is some room for improved.

The room and bathroom was amazing. Excellent space and amazing value for money. While the bathroom was shared it was an entire bathroom fully lockable and was kept clean with a washing machine. It was less then a 5 minute walk to the bus that takes you right into venice and was near restaurants, pubs, and a cheap food store.

There was no drain in the bathroom so it was easy to flood We discovered stains on the sheets HARD TO LOCATE!!!! We asked a local pub for help and they were able to guide us It is hot. The air-conditioning is poor

The only advantage is that it is close to the city center station and there is a bus downstairs that can go directly to the main island of Venice.

Very bad stay experience. On booking, it said there was a private bathroom, but upon arrival I was told it was a shared bathroom. The bathroom door lock was broken and there was no hot water in the bathtub. There was no ventilation in the bedroom, and there were even two bugs and mosquitoes. There is a fish tank at the entrance, which causes a fishy smell to fill the air as soon as you enter.

Absolutely nothing was nice about this room. It looks nothing like the photo and I was afraid to stay there alone as a woman

The area felt dangerous for a woman alone, when I complained about this to the staff all I received was condescension and frankly rude behaviour. The room was dirty and not one of the sockets worked. I could not stay there and I would recommend everyone stay away from this establishment, especially women travelling alone.
