It is affordable and the staff are friendly.

The facilities are old, well dont expect too much for the price. It is winter and raining when i came, misty, foggy and too cold.. the room is moist.. towels need to be proper sanitized... perhaps summer will be okay to stay. Just dont expect too much...

The bed was very comfy and big the room was spacious and the staff were great

Todo. El personal es maravilloso. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Diego que me ayudó muchísimo con todo. El desayuno es muy bueno! La cama comoda y cuenta con colchon electrico para mantenerte caliente. Recomiendo mucho este lugar para quedarse en Sapa! Me sentí muy a gusto. :)

Extremely helpful and nice stuff, electricaly warmed bed, possibility of early check in and scooter rental on site in fair price altogether made it for very lovely experience.

Buona posizione e fantastico rapporto qualità/prezzo! Staff disponibile e accogliente. Per il prezzo, ha superato le aspettative. Colazione buona con possibilità di scelta. Super consigliato!

The location and views are great especially the staff are very helpful

No WiFi on level 4 where our room was located. No heating but the electric blanket comes in handy.
