La amabilidad de la familia que lo lleva. Súper amables y simpáticos. Nos invitaron a cenar con los demás inquilinos y nos vino a buscar en coche cuando nos pilló una fuerte tormenta. Las camas son duras pero nos resultaron cómodas.

Necesita una reforma, sobretodo el baño y las ventanas que no están aislados y se oye mucho tanto la calle como a los vecinos.

Very comfortable bed and good amenities provided. Very generous to let me have a late checkout due to the very late time my bus got in so could have a free extra bit of time to sleep and rest. Staff were super friendly and helped with bookings too.

However, the room lacks furniture, bedside tables, or even a table, so we kept our stuff in a pile on the floor, mostly The internet was a bit slow in our room, and the water was not always warm or hot, but we could understand it. It's not a big deal

We were sick during our stay and the personnal was so kind they even offer us a special tee to get better. The bed was extremly confortable with a heating system

Because of the humidity (it was rain season so it's also normal) the room was very humide and the shower couldn't fonction that well

I stayed here for 3 nights and had a good-value experience package for one person. The room was basic but clean, and the staff were available whenever I needed them. I also booked a bus to Hanoi through them and was quite satisfied with the trip
